Part III, article 21 of the Constitution states clauses the basic right to privacy. Protection of life and personal liberty No person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty except according to procedure established by law.
? Article 21 A declares that the State shall provide free and compulsory education to all children of the age of six to fourteen year.
? This provision was added by the 86th Constitutional Amendment Act of 2002.
? In pursuance of Article 21A, the Parliament enacted the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (RTE) Act, 2009.
There are six fundamental rights-
1) Right to equality
2) Right to freedom
3) Right against exploitation
4) Right to freedom of religion
5) Cultural and educational rights
6) Right to constitutional remedies
